our Programs

The Dillon Jones Foundation’s mission is to provide resources and empower youth and families to thrive.

EDUCATION

The Dillon Jones Foundation is dedicated to empowering students and educators in meaningful ways. Each year, the foundation hosts a signature Back to School Bash in Dillon’s hometown of Columbia, South Carolina, a vibrant community celebration where local students receive free backpacks, school supplies, and fresh haircuts to kick off the new school year with confidence. The Foundation also extends its reach into classrooms nationwide by funding teacher-led

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

The girl wears a black hoodie, shorts, socks, and slippers, while the boy wears a black t-shirt, shorts, socks, and sandals. There are other children in the background, and banners hanging on the wall.

The foundation is committed to youth development through programs that inspire and uplift the next generation. Our basketball camps give young people the opportunity to learn the game and the values that sports can instill, the same lessons that shaped Dillon’s own journey. Through the Go for Broke (GFB) initiative, the foundation empowers youth to take chances, believe in themselves, and give their all no matter the challenge.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

A person with curly hair and a red jacket is applying makeup or checking on a young man sitting on a chair with his legs apart, wearing a black Nike jacket and black shorts, in a room with a beige cinder block wall and a large sign behind them. The sign lists rules for a recreation center.

The foundation is deeply invested in giving back to underserved communities. Through Holiday Givebacks, we bring joy to over 125 youth across South Carolina and New York. We further support communities through our rent assistance program which helps families facing financial hardship stay in their homes when they need it most.
